Cut the chicken fillet into slices. Season vigorously with chicken seasoning and fry in a pan in a little fat.
Spread the toast on a baking tray and spread the fillet slices on it. Put the cheese on the meat and bake the toasts in the preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes until the cheese has already melted.
