Fry the fish in hot oil.

In another frying pan, sauté the onions until soft, add the tomatoes and cook until soft. Add the pine nuts and hazelnuts, roast for a few minutes. Cover with water, add parsley, season with salt and pepper, if desired add new seasoning. Carefully add the fish and cook for about 15 minutes.
