For the grenadier march with grams wash, boil, rinse, peel and slice potatoes. Cook Fleckerl in boiling, salted water until soft. Strain and set aside.

Cut dumplings and leftover roast into flakes. Peel and finely chop onion. Heat butter in a pan and fry onion until golden.
