Ham Rolls with Blue Cheese Honey Filling

Instructions:

Cut cheese into cubes. Wash rosemary, pluck needles and chop.

For the filling, put curd cheese with crème fraîche and the cheese cubes in a bowl and mix coarsely, add honey and rosemary. Mash the mixture finely with a fork until the cream is as smooth as possible (leaving more or less coarse pieces of cheese in the cream, according to taste). Season with pepper (and a little salt to taste).

Place ham sheets on work surface and spoon a small amount of the filling on each. Fold the bottom end of the ham over the filling and roll up the sheets into tight rolls.

Before serving, drizzle with additional honey to taste and garnish with rosemary sprigs.

Preparation Tip:

Garnish ham rolls additionally with fresh figs, melon pieces and lettuce leaves.
