Instructions:

Sift the baking powder and flour together and finely grate the cheese. Mix the crème fraîche until creamy and mix well with the cheese, butter and spices. Finally, quickly knead into a dough with the flour. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for some time.

Then roll out the dough on a floured work surface. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut out cookies with piggy cookie cutters and place on the baking paper.

Beat egg and beat lightly. Brush the cookies with it and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake the lucky pigs in the oven preheated to 170 °C for approx. 10-12 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

You can also sprinkle the lucky pigs with cumin, paprika or another spice of your choice. A super souvenir for the New Year's Eve invitation!
