For the omelet with sausages, first mix milk, eggs, flour, salt and pepper.
Heat some oil in a pan and fry the sausages in it. Lift out and put some egg mixture in the same pan. Place a sausage on top when the omelet has already started to set at the bottom, but is still a little runny on top. Finish frying the omelet.
Serve the omelet with the sausage.
