Instructions:

For the orange punch, thinly peel the peels from the untreated orange and lemon. (The best way is to use a zester peeler). Squeeze the whole oranges and lemons.

Empty juice into a large saucepan, add sugar, the spices and peels and simmer until sugar dissolves. Strain the juice through a sieve and let it cool down.

Finally, empty the rum to it and bottle.

The orange punch is diluted with hot water to taste.
