Instructions:

For the panna cotta with white chocolate, place whipped cream, milk and sugar in a saucepan. Scrape out the pulp of the vanilla pod and add to the whipped cream and milk mixture.

Bring everything to a boil and add the chocolate in pieces. In the meantime, soak the gelatin sheets according to package directions.

Squeeze the gelatin sheets, put them in a saucepan, heat slightly and add some of the whipped cream and milk mixture. Stir well until the gelatin has dissolved.

Remove the other saucepan from the heat and quickly stir in the gelatin mixture. Allow everything to infuse for about 30 minutes, then pour through a fine sieve.

Divide the pana cotta among several small bowls. Then place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Then turn out the panna cotta with white chocolate onto dessert plates.

Preparation Tip:

A fruit sauce made of pureed berries tastes very good with the panna cotta with white chocolate.
