Instructions:

Make pasta al dente, drain.

Mix mustard and all ingredients up to and including wild herbs in a large baking bowl, season sauce.

Mix pasta and zucchini cubes, let stand for about ten minutes, arrange on plates.

Distribute the flowers evenly on the lettuce. Serve with Sbrinz sticks.

Sbrinz sticks : Prepare and cook: about twenty minutes.

Finely grate Sbrinz into a suitable bowl. Mix in the flour. Heat a non-stick frying pan. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Sbrinz-flour mixture evenly on the bottom of the pan, bake at medium heat for about one minute, turn exactly to the other side, finish baking in about one minute.
