For the peach liqueur, cut the peaches including peel into small cubes. Put peach pits in a garbage bag, put both in a large cucumber jar, then fill with the prepared grain, seal and store in the dark for 3 weeks.

Boil honey with sugar, saffron threads and water. Add the peach kernel to the still warm honey solution. Immediately filter the liqueur through a cloth and fill into bottles, close tightly and store in a dark place.
