Peel potatoes and press through a press while hot or grate when cool. Knead together with semolina, flour, eggs and salt and rest for 30 minutes. Form a roll, cut into 12 pieces and form dumplings. Put dumplings into boiling salted water, open pot lid a little, cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Lift dumplings out of water. Melt butter, add ground hazelnuts and pour over dumplings.
