Cut the parchment paper into 4 large pieces and grease the center. Spread the vegetables and pike-perch evenly on it. Season with salt and pepper, then add butter flakes and wine and seal.

Place the packets on a baking tray. Cook in a heated stove at 170 °C for about 12 minutes. Serve in the packets.
