Instructions:

For the plum cake, put the flour in a suitable bowl, make an indentation in the center, pour in yeast, sugar, a little bit of milk and salt, mix a dampfl and let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.

Knead the dough with oil, remaining milk, egg and a pinch of cinnamon. Beat until shiny, then let rise another 15 minutes.

Grease a baking sheet and sprinkle thinly with breadcrumbs. Roll out the yeast dough on it, sprinkle with the oat flakes and let rise another time.
