Cook potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes. Add flour, poke three holes with the handle of a wooden spoon and cook for another 10 minutes at low temperature. Do not stir! Then pour off the rest of the water, pour the mixture onto a board and knead into a dough. Form into noodles (4cm long, 1cm thick). Melt the light butter, add the poppy seeds and toss the noodles in it. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
