Instructions:

1) Brown meat, remove from frying pan, keep warm. Sauté onion over medium heat for 5 min. Fold in flour and sugar.

2) Make 1 minute. Gradually fold in wine. Bring sauce to a boil and simmer gently over lower heat for 5 min until reduced by half. Season and bring to the table.

Offer with roast lamb chops or beef steak.

Our tip: Use sweet red wine for a sweet note and rather dry wine for flavorful, spicy dishes.
