Preheat oven to 180°C. For the rosemary stangl, mix wholemeal flour with curd cheese, milk, salt and baking powder with a dough hook or by hand until smooth.pluck rosemary needles from the branches and work the whole needles into the dough.divide dough into 20 equal pieces. Roll out the dough pieces into thin sticks the length of the shorter side of a baking tray.Place 10 sticks each on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with skimmed milk and bake both trays together on convection heat, one after the other on top and bottom heat, for 25 minutes.Let cool and serve the rosemary sticks as a side dish.
