Instructions:

Press meat strips flat and thread onto wooden skewers; place in a large, shallow baking dish.

Stir through coconut milk (I), fish sauce, lime juice (I) and sesame oil. Add lemon grass, garlic, turmeric, cilantro and a little pepper.

Pour the marinade over the kebabs and let them marinate for about 1 hour.

For the sauce, grind peanuts, chili and ginger very finely in a blitz chopper. Fold in coconut milk (Ii), lime juice (Ii), sugar and soy sauce.

Grill the skewers in the stove for about 5 minutes. Turn once to the other side.
