For the spaghetti casserole, cream the butter, gradually mix with the yolks and the cooked (cooled) spaghetti, the cream and some flour.
Finally, add the stiffly beaten snow of 3 egg whites. Pour the mixture into a buttered pan or dish sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake slowly for about 40 minutes (160 °C).
Serve the spaghetti casserole with tomato sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.
