Stir the ingredients for the marinade and soak the ribs in it for at least one night. Roast the ribs on a roasting rack in the oven at 200-220 °C (preferably with convection) for about 50 minutes, after 2/3 of the time turn them to the other side. Under the broiler, place a pan with water for dripping marinade (otherwise it will burn).
Serve with potato chips (remove peel from potato, cut into 1/2 cm wide strips and deep-fry in hot fat), white bread or baked potatoes and sauces.
