Preparation of the strawberry fig jam in the Thermomix: Wash the strawberries and cut away the green.
Chop with the dried figs, the peeled and chopped apple and the remaining ingredients for 8 seconds on speed 10. Then cook on speed 2-3 100 degrees for 4 minutes.
Pour the hot strawberry fig jam into hot rinsed jars, seal well and turn upside down for 5 minutes.

If the strawberry fig jam is made in a simple pot, please follow the instructions for use with the agar-agar!
