Rinse the apple and pear, cut into quarters, remove the core and cut the slices diagonally into small pieces. Chop apricots into coarse pieces, remove peel from bananas and cut into slices. Mix apples, bananas, pears, raisins and apricots in a baking bowl with the juice of one lemon.

Cook a very thick sauce from the vanilla sauce powder with the milk.

Season with orange juice and zest, fold three quarters of the sauce into the fruit. Grease an ovenproof rectangular dish well, alternate layers of fruit and lasagna sheets in the dish, finishing with lasagna sheets. Preheat the oven to 190 °C.

Pour the rest of the vanilla sauce over the lasagna and spread it so that the entire surface is covered. Bake the lasagna on a medium shelf for about 35 minutes. Later, evenly distribute the almond kernels on top and bake for another 10 minutes until the surface is golden. To serve, dust the lasagna pieces with powdered sugar.
