For the turkey-pepper pan, boil the rice with double the amount of water and cover for 18 minutes. Cut meat, onions and peppers into strips. Fry meat in oil until hot, when brown, add onions. Season with sweet paprika powder, salt and pepper. Drain peas and add peppers, sauté for about 5 more minutes. Add whipped cream and stir the turkey-pepper pan again well.
