Cut the bread into slices and place half of them in a medium-sized baking dish and drizzle with white wine.

Cut cheese and tomatoes into slices and place a few slices of cheese and then a few slices of tomatoes on the bread. Season lightly with basil, salt and pepper.

Cover with the remaining slices of bread and drizzle them with white wine as well. Spread remaining slices of tomatoes and cheese evenly on top and bake in heated oven at 230 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Season with paprika and pepper before serving.
