Instructions:

Roughly grate the carrot. Cut the cucumber into slices. Halve the cocktail tomatoes. Cut onion into rings. Cut bell bell pepper into strips.

Fry the vegini burgers briefly until hot.

In the meantime, toast the bun halves. Place cucumber slices first, then shredded carrot and onions in bottom half of warm bun.

Place hot burgers on top and top with tomatoes and peppers.

Top with cocktail sauce of choice and fold burger buns closed and serve burgers.
