For the wheat-millet bread with garlic, put flour in a bowl and knead into a dough with dry yeast, salt, olive oil, malt beer and garlic.
Let rise for 1/2 hour and form a ring. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 190 °C for about 45 minutes.
